Our Roots - ShriEducare Limited

Established in 2008 by the Arun Bharat Ram family, ShriEducare Limited was created with the sole mission of providing quality education. ShriEducare set out on its journey by setting up schools in India and abroad, delivering ERP solutions to schools, undertaking education consultancy, and coaching students to prepare them for CBSE & AIEEE examinations.

Drawing power from the stature, experience, and expertise of The Shri Ram Schools in the field of education, the Shri Educare Limited group has continued to incorporate innovative and globally renowned practices in education to improve the quality of modern education in India and abroad.

The schools established in collaboration with Shri Educare Limited have been modelled after The Shri Ram Schools, known for their student-centric innovative methods of delivering value-based and quality education under the support of the SRF Foundation.

Sheelam Seth

Chief Executive Officer

Sheelam, an Engineering Graduate from BITS Pilani, joined SRF Limited as a Management Trainee in the Fluorochemicals Business space. He worked extensively on the new projects during the initial part of his career. He moved to Sales and Marketing of the Fluorochemicals Business and provided able leadership, launched several products, and ensured SRF as the market leader in the Refrigerant gas and Chloromethanes. He moved to Technical Textile Business and led the business turnaround of the acquired unit of Belting Fabric in South Africa.He moved back to India in 2012, and as a Business Head of the Coated and Laminated Fabric, he made significant contributions in growing the business to become the market leaders in the industry. He played a vital role in integrating Coated and Laminated Fabric Business for better synergies to excel in operational excellence over the years.His strong orientation towards SRF values, development of people, maturity to handle diversity and patient listening is worth emulating. He believes in building strong and effective team and has a strong customer focus.

Naveed Zaheer

Associate Vice President - Marketing

Naveed Zaheer holds an MBA in Marketing and IT and brings nearly two decades of international and domestic experience. Currently, he heads the marketing efforts at Shri Educare, managing the branding and expansion of schools and preschools across India. Naveed specializes in franchise expansion, focusing on strategic direction, goal setting, business revitalization, and developing and implementing competitive strategies to maximize growth. Previously, Naveed worked in investment research for the EMEA region, concentrating on the energy and industrial sectors. He also managed international marketing for a leading carbon black manufacturing firm in the Middle East and Africa. As a turnaround specialist, Naveed excels in new business setups, franchise management, school launches, client relationship management, and team training and development. In his free time, Naveed enjoys listening to music and is an avid traveller.

Amit Rajhans

Associate Vice President - IT

Amit Rajhans, a seasoned professional with close to two decades of experience in the corporate and education sectors. Throughout his career, he has upheld a core belief — that technology is most powerful when it enables people, simplifies complexity, and drives sustainable growth. With deep expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation, Amit has successfully led large-scale initiatives that enhanced efficiency, strengthened operations, and empowered organizations to achieve long-term success. Known for his ability to bridge strategy with execution, he has consistently delivered impactful outcomes while building trust and collaboration across teams.For Amit, the past 20 years have been a journey of innovation, learning, and leadership. His vision is to harness technology not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for progress — creating environments where businesses thrive, teams grow, and ideas turn into lasting impact.
