Our Roots - ShriEducare Limited

Established in 2008 by the Arun Bharat Ram family, ShriEducare Limited was created with the sole mission of providing quality education. ShriEducare set out on its journey by setting up schools in India and abroad, delivering ERP solutions to schools, undertaking education consultancy, and coaching students to prepare them for CBSE & AIEEE examinations.

Drawing power from the stature, experience, and expertise of The Shri Ram Schools in the field of education, the Shri Educare Limited group has continued to incorporate innovative and globally renowned practices in education to improve the quality of modern education in India and abroad.

The schools established in collaboration with Shri Educare Limited have been modelled after The Shri Ram Schools, known for their student-centric innovative methods of delivering value-based and quality education under the support of the SRF Foundation.

Sheelam Seth

Chief Executive Officer

Sheelam, an Engineering Graduate from BITS Pilani, joined SRF Limited as a Management Trainee in the Fluorochemicals Business space. He worked extensively in the new projects during the initial part of his career. He moved to Sales and Marketing of Fluorochemicals Business and provided an able leadership, launched several products, and ensured SRF as the market leaders in the Refrigerant gas and Chloromethanes. He moved to Technical Textile Business and led the business turnaround of the acquired unit of Belting Fabric in South Africa.

He moved back to India in 2012, and as a Business Head of the Coated and Laminated Fabric, he made significant contributions in growing the business to become the market leaders in the industry. He played a vital role in integrating Coated and Laminated Fabric Business for better synergies to excel on operational excellence over the years.

His strong orientation towards SRF values, development of people, maturity to handle diversity and patient listening is worth emulating. He believes in building strong and effective team and has a strong customer focus.

Naveed Zaheer

Associate Vice President - Marketing

Naveed Zaheer holds an MBA in Marketing and IT with over 18 years of experience in India and abroad. He is a thorough marketing professional with experience in varied sectors in national and international domains. Naveed is managing the branding and expansion of schools pan India and also brings in expertise in advertising and marketing for schools and pre-schools. Previously, Naveed was into investment research for EMEA with the largest expert network and consulting firm, where he was working closely with Investment Banks, Private Equity Players and Professional Services Firms in the Energy & Industrials Sector. Prior to this, he was handling international marketing for a leading carbon black manufacturing firm in Middle East & Africa. Naveed specializes in the Pre-schools & K-12 schools marketing with a focus on direction & goal setting, invigorating businesses, devising & implementing competitive strategies for maximizing top & bottom line growth. He is a turnaround specialist with skills in managing new business set-ups, franchise management, school launch, client relationships and training & development including cross functional team management. Naveed is an avid traveler and loves listening to music.

Amit Rajhans

Associate Vice President - IT

Amit Rajhans hold master’s degree in Information technology, having 18+ years of experience in Corporate and Educational industry. He is having good exposure in ERP Development/Implementation, building customer relationship. He is an expert in large IT infrastructure building like Data center, Level 2 and Level 3 Technical Support, Network/System administration, managing domains, users and email accounts, transformational strategy ((on-premise and cloud). He has sound knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing and Information Systems, processes and Networks. He is having excellent time management, having strong IT, commercial, planning and budgeting skills. He is managing entire ShriConnect ERP project operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.
